Phoenix Afterlife

Privacy Policy

Effective October 16, 2026. Phoenix Afterlife aims to collect only what is needed, explain why it is collected, and provide practical choices. This notice describes the website and newsletter configuration currently in use.

Who is responsible

The website is operated under the name Phoenix Afterlife. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected]. Legal-entity and mailing details are being verified and will be added before any paid service or marketing campaign is launched.

Information we collect

The public website may process ordinary technical and security information, such as an IP address, browser or device details, requested URL, timestamps, referring page, and security events. WordPress, the hosting provider, and Cloudflare use this information to deliver pages, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot service.

If you subscribe to the Phoenix Letter, we collect your email address, an optional first name, your consent choice, subscription status, and records needed to deliver and manage the newsletter. The form submission is stored in the site’s form system and sent to FluentCRM. Your address remains pending until you use the confirmation link sent by email. You can unsubscribe through the link in every newsletter.

Phoenix Afterlife does not invite public comments, memorial submissions, medical records, diagnoses, religious affiliation, information about children, or identifying information about another living or deceased person.

How newsletter information is used

Newsletter information is used to confirm your request, send the Phoenix Letter and related site updates, maintain preferences and suppression records, prevent abuse, and diagnose delivery problems. It is not used to sell access to signs, certainty, or contact with a deceased person.

Cookies and analytics

Essential storage may be used for security, administration, form protection, or a preference you request. Rank Math’s Search Console connection is not currently configured, and Phoenix Afterlife is not currently using a connected Google Analytics property through Rank Math. Non-essential analytics or advertising should not be activated without the notice and consent controls required for the operator’s and reader’s locations.

Service providers

The site uses its WordPress hosting provider and Cloudflare for website delivery and security. The form system and FluentCRM process signup and consent records within WordPress. FluentSMTP connects WordPress to Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) for confirmation and newsletter delivery. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards mail addressed to [email protected] to an owner-controlled Microsoft Outlook mailbox. These providers may process technical or contact data needed to provide their services under their own privacy terms.

Affiliate links

If an affiliate link is introduced, the merchant or network may receive a referral URL, identifier, and technical information needed to attribute a visit or purchase. A disclosure will appear before the relevant recommendation. Readers can navigate to a merchant independently to avoid affiliate attribution.

Retention, security, and your choices

Newsletter and consent records are retained while you are subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward when needed to document consent, honour an opt-out, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. A minimal suppression record may be kept so an unsubscribed address is not added again by mistake. Technical and security records are retained according to hosting and security needs. Access is limited to authorized administration, but no online service can promise absolute security.

You may unsubscribe at any time or ask a privacy question, request access, correction, or deletion by emailing [email protected]. Applicable rights depend on the reader’s and operator’s jurisdictions.

Phoenix Afterlife is intended for a general adult audience and is not designed to collect personal information from children.
